Testimonials from patients

Clinicians

Underarm problem. Visiting the practice last week for the above problem the Doctor was very thorough on examination and extended this to a breast check. Explanation and instructions were clear and concise. Very impressed with my appt. Unfortunately the antibiotics had an adverse effect on me, but this was quickly and efficiently rectified by a couple of phone calls and an alternative was sent electronically to the pharmacy.Hope all will be well with me. Thank you to all medical and admin. staff, who I find friendly helpful reassuring and polite. We are indeed fortunate to have our NHS..Treat the service well and we will reap the benefits. Build a rapport with those you encounter please.

Hospital

My daughter and I. Myself, my husband and my daughter joined Brunswick Park Medical Centre around 2 years ago. We have all been really impressed with the attention we have received but most of all my daughter Hayley Wood. We first saw one particular doctor about serious concerns for my daughters health. He listened to me and my daughter about how her undiagnosed condition was concerning us both. My daughter had seen our previous GP many times about her passing out and constant pain in her stomach, but they did nothin, hence why we changed GP surgeries. This doctor decided on testing how my daughter's heart was working first, my daughter saw another doctor on anumber of occasions and had many other tests including the tilt table. The doctor now has a diagnosiss from the doctor who did the tilt table test of POTS (Postural Tachicardya Syndrome). I cannot thank the doctor enough for the thoroughness and care he gave my daughter, and the way he listened to me, as I explained what happened to my daughter when she passed out. My daughter now knows what her condition is and how to deal with it, she can now move forward with her life and I am happy as I know she is ok. I to have received such amazing care from two other doctor and your team of wonderful receptionists. I would also like to say thank you to one staff member at the rgery who is responsible for referrals, without her help, my daughter may have been waiting longer for hospital appointments as the referral service were slow, this staff member pushed hard to obtain appointments for my daughter. A massive thank you.
