Out-of-hours services are available via a new single number – 111. Calls are free from both landlines and mobiles.
Please call 111 if you need medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
NHS Walk-in Centre
You can also see an experienced nurse for treatment of minor injuries and illnesses, seven days a week, 07:00 until 22:00 at Finchley Memorial Hospital Walk-in Centre. You do not need an appointment.
Your Local Pharmacist
Your local pharmacist will be able to give you free health advice at any time – you don’t need an appointment. Many pharmacies operate extended hours on a rota basis. Call NHS 111 for details.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
