6-week course, facilitated by Barnet Talking Therapies
Barnet Talking Therapies would like to invite women who are going through the menopause or perimenopause to our upcoming menopause group.
This is a unique opportunity we've created just for you, a 6-week therapy group to learn more about the menopause, ways to support your wellbeing during this time and a chance to connect with other women who are experiencing the same.
You do not need to book a GP appointment; if you are interested in attending the group you can self-refer via the following:

Practice Training Afternoon: 1pm to 5pm
Routine queries, appointment requests and prescription requests/queries can be handled from 5pm or you can submit an econsult via the practice website
If you have an urgent but not life-threatening query between 1pm and 5pm, our team will still be available to assist you.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999.
- Unconsciousness
- Heavy bleeding
- Severe breathing difficulties
- Suspected heart attack
- Suspected stroke
- Serious accidents
- Crushing chest pain
- Anything else you believe is an immediate life-threatening condition
