6-week course, facilitated by Barnet Talking Therapies

Barnet Talking Therapies would like to invite women who are going through the menopause or perimenopause to our upcoming menopause group.

This is a unique opportunity we've created just for you, a 6-week therapy group to learn more about the menopause, ways to support your wellbeing during this time and a chance to connect with other women who are experiencing the same.

You do not need to book a GP appointment; if you are interested in attending the group you can self-refer via the following:

  • Call us on: 020 8702 5309
  • Email us at: beh-tr.barnettalkingtherapies@nhs.net
  • Visit our website
